RETURN POLICY

Sigma Marketing is a provider of custom printing and related services. We value our partnership with customers, emphasizing long-term relationships and mutual trust. All products are designed and manufactured especially for you. We recognize there are times when errors are made and we will work with you to correct any order issues in an appropriate manner.

Please contact your Sales Representative or Customer Service if an error has been found with your order within 10 days of your delivery.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders ship F.O.B. Production Facility. Calendars and/or other products shipped to IL or FL are subject to State Sales Tax.

Please also note that shipping rates for items are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Goods are packaged to the specification of our carriers. We are not responsible for goods lost, stolen or damaged by the carrier.

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. Address correction and/or redelivery charges may apply.

Carrier Does Not Deliver to the Address.We do not use the U.S. Postal Service and cannot deliver to a PO Box. You must provide a physical address.

Other Address Problems. In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the carrier made a mistake and left the package at a different address than what was printed on the label.

Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Refused by Recipient. If you or someone else at the delivery address refuses the packages, they will be returned to us. Make sure everyone knows that the product is expected.

Failed to pay Import Duties. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance will be billed to the recipient.

Incomplete Customs Documentation. Customs regulations vary widely from one country to another. When you place your order, you MUST provide all necessary information for your order to reach its destination. This may include (but is not limited to) Tax ID or CPF numbers, a valid local contact, special forms, and/or a broker.
